Zone Alarm problems? - zone alarm problems

I just bought ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite 6.5 and when I try to install my computer just hangs.

Alternatively, measures to remove spyware.

1. Download Ad-aware http://www.download.com/3000-2144-100459 ...
2. Ad-Aware installed and run at least once to update the definition files.
3. Download and install Spybot S & D

4. Install and run Spybot at least once to update the program.
5. Restart the computer and press F8 before the Windows loading screen will appear.
6. Select the Safe Mode. (help http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsaf ...)
7. Run Adaware and Spybot in safe mode to ensure a clean system of spyware and adware.
